Nice, renovated, quite elegant four star hotel. Clean rooms with nice tv and modern bathroom. We stayed at the 10th floor and had a nice view. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool with spa facilities. Nice view to the ocean and seashore. The hotel is located near a big outdoor, natural swimming pool with ocean water, but you have to pay for entry. Excellent Wi-Fi connection in the room and the lobby. Good food with shampagne at breakfast :). Very friendly and helpful staff that among other things, tolerated our kids playing all the time with the revolving door and the lifts. The receptionists helped us to book trips to Teide volcano, Loro Park and even called a taxi of our choice when we needed it.
Not for family with small kids, even if the friendly hotel staff is trying hard to cope with this challenge! Maybe for families with older children. The hotel is tall, so you are scared when the kids go to balcony. The beach near the hotel cannot be used, as it is full of stones and if you enter the sea you could really break your legs, as the waves are very strong and the water is full of big rocks. Still this beach can be used by surfers, but not by the swimmers or children. The hotel is far (25 minutes walk, which can be a nightmare with kids) from the only beach worth visiting, which is Playa Jardin that comprises 3 beaches. The 3rd one is the best and it is for kids, too. The hotel is far from the bus station (20 min walk, if you don't have kids with you, otherwise can be longer :), if you want to travel to another town. This a hotel for young couples that would stay longer in the room and for older folks that come there for the spa treatment.

The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the waiters in the restaurant. We had breakfasts and dinners there and the food was excellent with a lot of varieties to choose from. On my birthday, they arranged my table with candles and delivered a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne. Before my check-out, the staff at the pool bar managed to teach me a delicious local sauce and she even gave me a piece of rose for friendship. I was so touched. Weekend nights the main bar had "Duo and Swing" and it was really fun. We also liked the location, so close to the tourist spots, but very quite and lovely views from the balcony and sea breeze. We had a great time there.

We had a lovely trip with amazing breakfast. The food was outstanding, with a good choice of options. The location was amazing and lovely - next to local restaurants, close-supermarkets and the seafront on the quiet edge of town. There was Mcdonald's nearby to grab something to eat.

Lovely hotel in great position with fantastic views from the rooms with sea view. Pool area very well kept and lovely flowers. Waiting staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and food was excellent, plentiful and lots of choice though hot food was usually lukewarm at the evening buffet. Spa very pleasant with excellent sauna - very good for cloudy or wet days.
Work was being done on the pool area while we were there so it was noisy. There is a lot of road noise when by the pool. Internet was out of order and is located outside the toilets which isn't the best location! However reception pointed us to an internet cafe 5 mins walk away which gave 1 hour access for 1 euro.

The room was very nice and clean; the waiters at the breakfast and dinner buffet were very quick and friendly; the location was perfect; the food very good; the staff at the hotel bar was very friendly and the drinks surprisingly cheap for a hotel bar; also the outside sitting area had a very nice atmosphere
The reception staff wasnt very helpful for the most part; more than once we were "overlooked" and spanish speaking people were served first. Overall the people in Tenerife were extremely rude and tried to rip us off because we were English speaking. The hotel did not have a single iron! When we asked if we could get an iron if we paid for it, they wanted 12€ for three shirts. Seriously, travellers live out of suitcases, every hotel has to have at least one iron to lend! One time we put the "do not disturb sign" outside of our door because we didnt want the room cleaned that day and when we came back, not only was the room cleaned after all, but our toilet seat had been screwed off and sitting on the floor. We had to call the front desk and wait an hour for them to put it back on!!! Also the spa isnt worth the money: one pool (different functions, however same temperature even in "jacuzzi" area and the sauna and steam room are each probably 3m² big.

Our stay at the Beatriz Atlantis was very enjoyable. The sea view was lovely and the room very comfortable. The food was excellent with a lot of choice. The Spa is worth a visit. If you are staying at the hotel you can go in for half price.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in your room. If you wanted this facicility it was an extra charge.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was not very nice and often lukewarm for both breakfast and dinner. We experienced a noisy party in the hotel that kept us awake until after midnight, quite disruptive.

Rather big, modern rooms.
The hotel staff told us we were not allowed to take the hotel towels to the nearby Martianez swimming pool. The car park is good, but expensive (12 euro/day). The indoor pool was out of order (after some storm damage). No fridge in the room, and you have to pay 2.8 euro for a small bottle of water from the machine in the corridor.
